Mackenzie

Mackenzie‘s class was lot of fun. It was a conditioning class for fifth graders. My favorite part was that the class was active at all times. We did a fun conditioning video and then we followed it up with a good warm-up. I felt like I needed to be active at the moment. It was a perfect class for me. Looking forward to the next class.

Mia

Mia‘s class was a lot of fun. It was a cheering squad class. She started the class by introducing us to the movements and their names. After that we started incorporating those movements with the names to a miss Elliott song, which was a lot of fun. I definitely loved the music she was using for the class. I’m looking forward to the next class.

Emi

We started the class with the morning warm-up. It was a good warm-up, especially to do in the mornings before you start your day. I also liked the positive affirmations that were included in the video. After we started doing a fun video of uptown Funk and performed a dance to it. Afterwards, we did a dance game to help follow directions. We had to do our own move and mimic a move of another classmate. That was a fun game. I’m looking forward to the next class.
